Situated for Success

At Vista Health, we provide a comprehensive training program for Case Managers. Orientation typically lasts 6 to 8weeks. We use Compass from the American Case Management Association which is a nationally recognized accrediting body for case management.  By the end of orientation, Case Managers will have the ability to effectively provide discharge planning services in a competent and compassionate manner.

Our mission and vision is to grow our case managers to be able to provide professional services that is above reproach to the communities that we serve.
